CFSS Budget Model Payroll Administration in Minnesota

CFSS (Community First Services and Supports) Budget Model is a Minnesota state plan service that allows participants to self-direct services using an authorized Service Agreement (SA). The participant acts as employer of record, and payroll must align to the authorization span and approved limits.
